How we got here
We started out generating leads for medical clinics: dental and implant practices, orthodontics and therapy clinics. The campaigns worked. What kept going wrong was the part after the lead. Clinics could not call back fast enough, and the most motivated people went cold first.
So we added our own call center and called every lead on the clinic's behalf. Then we automated what happened around the calls: delivery, routing, reporting and consent records. Where AI now answers faster than people can, we use AI.
Today we run advertising for businesses with one location or a national network, and build the automation and AI around it where it pays off. Clicks and cheap leads are not the goal. Customers are.
